HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Please note that your order can only be cancelled before we have dispatched it to you (normally 12 hour). We have no way of cancelling it once it is dispatched from our end.

If you want to cancel the order before you receive a shipping notification mail from us, please drop us an e-mail on 100vkohli@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

Your cancellation request will be processed next working day. If the product cancellation is requested and it is dispatched from our warehouse, we will try to cancel the order, but the shipping charges will not be refunded.

If you choose to refuse the delivery of the product for any reason, the refund cost will be made after deducting the Cash on Delivery charges or Shipping Charges we incur to ship the product back to warehouse.

RETURNS

How do I return an item?

Products can be returned/Exchange within 15 days from the date of delivery. In case of any discrepancy, kindly contact our customer care along with the Order number(s).

If you think, you have received a wrong product or in a bad condition please email us mentioning your Order ID/No. along with the product images.

REFUND

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Refunds will be processed and credited in the source account within 15-20 working days from the date of a courier being received in our warehouse.
